Campaign Overview
This campaign promotes that if Shory, or any of its representatives, ever contacts you via a sales call regarding car insurance, you will be entitled to receive free car insurance for your vehicle, subject to the following terms and conditions.
Shory’s Definition of a Sales Call
A sales call is defined as an unsolicited telephone call initiated by Shory from Shory’s phone number 800 SHORY, for the purpose of promoting or selling car insurance after a quotation has been requested on our platform or mobile application.
Calls made, when requested by a customer, in response to a customer inquiry, ongoing customer service interactions, or any follow-up regarding an existing policy will not be considered sales calls under this campaign.
Exclusions
The following circumstances do not qualify for a free car insurance claim:
- Communications initiated by you, or a related person on your behalf, or where the purpose of the call is to follow up on an inquiry or transaction initiated by you or them.
- Marketing emails, SMS messages, or any form of communication other than a phone call.
- Calls related to renewal reminders or servicing of an existing policy such as a claim or mid-term endorsement.
- Calls made after a policy purchase to confirm the transaction details, the service levels you have received, or to clarify any information.
Claiming Free Car Insurance
If you believe you received a sales call that qualifies you to get your Car Insurance for Free, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the call. Claims can be made via email at support@shory.com or by calling our customer service at 800 SHORY.
Proof of the sales call and the number you received the call from will be required to validate the claim.
Upon validation, Shory will refund any premium paid to you towards your car insurance purchase with Shory.
Limitations
- Each eligible participant is entitled to reimbursement of the paid premium to Shory for only one policy regarding an issued car insurance policy under this campaign.
- This campaign runs from 07/10/2024 to 31/12/2024.
- The offer related to this campaign is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for any alternative form of compensation.
- Shory reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
- Shory is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the campaign details or for any technical malfunctions that may affect participation.
Amendments
Shory reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately and will be communicated via Shory’s website or other official channels.
Disputes
In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions or the execution of the campaign, Shory’s decision will be final and binding.
- Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the motor insurance policies.
- Governing Law: This campaign shall be governed by the applicable laws of UAE.
- Acceptance of Terms: By participating in this campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
